Join us for our AGM on 12th November 2025
We’re excited to invite you to join us for the 2025 Oxford City Farm Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 12th November from 7:00-8:30pm at the farm. We warmly encourage volunteers to attend, as this is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all the farm has achieved, connect with future plans and and enjoy an evening with fellow supporters. Nibbles and drinks will be provided.
As well as hear from us, we'd love to have your join to share ideas and feedback as we discuss key updates, including:
Election of trustees
A Review of the annual report which spotlights the many achievements made by the team and all of you as supporters and volunteers
Priorities for the upcoming year and how we have progressed areas discussed last year such as the farm’s governance structure
We attach the agenda so you can see the structure of the meeting. Your involvement means so much to us, and we’re eager to share the evening with you. .
Thank you to those of you who have already RSVP’d. While RSVPs are appreciated so we can arrange enough seating, you’re also welcome to simply show up on the day.
