Our much-requested Team Challenge Days offer a unique setting for team-building, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and employee wellbeing. 

Whether you choose a one-off team day or an ongoing partnership, you'll be providing vital support to our growing farm & community activities, while strengthening teamwork & camaraderie in your team. You'll even learn some new skills!

What We Offer

Given the dynamic nature of farm life, your activities will vary with seasons and group sizes. However, you always can expect an interesting mix of considered tasks; including gardening, DIY & animal care, all supervised and beginner-friendly. Inform us of any special requirements for tailored tasks.

Selecting the right session for you

Please use the booking link below to specify your preferred session, and let us know any special requests which we can try to accommodate. We generally need at least two weeks notice to plan and organise a session but appreciate as much notice as possible.

  • Half day sessions: Wednesday or Friday afternoons, all year round.

    Full day sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during school holidays only.

  • Up to 10 people: £350

    11-20 people: £700

    21-30 people: £1000

  • Up to 10 people: £550

    11-20 people: £1100

    21-30 people: £1600

  • 12:30 - Optional lunch*

    13:30 - Arrival and set up

    14:00 - Health & Safety briefing and Farm Tour / meet animals

    14:30 - Assigning and starting tasks.

    16:45 - Clean up and debrief.

    17:00 - Departure

  • 09:30 - Arrival and set up.

    9:45-10am - Health & Safety briefing and Farm Tour / meet animals

    10am - 12:30pm (Option for team meeting instead of morning activity/wellbeing yoga add-on)

    10:am Splitting into groups and starting tasks (option for team meeting and/or yoga session)

    12:30 - Lunch*

    13:30 - Activities continue

    16:15 - Clean up and debrief

  • Option to either bring your own lunch, or we can arrange with one of our OX4 Food Crew partners to cater some delicious food for your event.

    Oxford Community Action

    For group sizes over 20 we can offer a shared lunch option where part of your group will prepare salads and lunch items in our community kitchen facilitated by our Kitchen Lead on Wednesdays or Fridays.

  • If you'd like an added wellness focus to your day, we can partner with local studios to offer yoga and movement sessions in our yurt, for groups up to 12 people. For larger groups we can rotate between farming & wellness sessions.

  • We have a fully heated and electrified yurt available for meetings for group size 25 and sheltered outdoor meeting space for up to 40 people if you would like to incorporate business planning into your schedule while at the farm.

  • Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for poor weather. As a working farm, we need to tend to crops & our animals even when the weather is grizzly, and it can even be fun to get out in the elements! Lunch and team meetings can still take place under cover.

    If the weather is extreme and we can't go ahead with the planned Team Challenge activities, we'll offer an alternative date.

    Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking will be charged at 50% of the fee to cover the costs of staffing & admin, and compensate for the loss of other booking.
