Join us for our AGM on 13th November

We’re excited to invite you to join us at this year’s Oxford City Farm Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 13th November from 7:00-8:30pm at the farm. We warmly encourage volunteers to attend, as this is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the farm’s plans for the future and enjoy an evening with fellow supporters.

The AGM will include wine and nibbles, and we’d love to have your presence to share ideas and feedback as we discuss key updates, including:

  • Re-election of trustees

  • A Review of the annual report and highlights from the new strategy

  • Plans to include volunteers in the farm’s governance structure, as outlined in new strategy by offering new ways for you to engage with decision-making

We attach the agenda so you can see the structure of the meeting. Your voice and involvement mean so much to us, and we’re eager to hear how you’d like to be part of the farm’s future.Thank you to those of you who have already RSVP’d. While RSVPs are appreciated so we can arrange enough seating, you’re also welcome to simply show up on the day.
