1. Get in Touch Directly

If you’re comfortable doing so, please speak directly with a member of our team or one of our staff leads during your visit. Many issues can be addressed on the spot.

2. Email Us

If you’d prefer, you can email us at info@oxfordcityfarm.org.uk with details about your enquiry. This inbox is monitored by the Farm Lead and Volunteer Coordinator. Please provide:

  • Your contact information (optional but helps us respond)

  • A clear description of your question, feedback or concern

  • Any relevant dates, times, or names of people involved

We’ll aim to respond within 5 working days to confirm we’ve received your complaint and outline any next steps.

3. Escalate to the Trustees

If your concern involves a serious issue or if you feel it hasn’t been resolved through initial contact, you may reach out to the Board of Trustees by emailing trustees@oxfordcityfarm.org.uk. Your message will be directed to the appropriate Trustee, who will review the matter and respond within 10 working days.
