We’re excited to invite you to join us for the 2026 Oxford City Farm Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 11th November from 7:00-8:30pm at the farm.
We warmly encourage volunteers to attend, as this is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all the farm has achieved, connect with future plans, and enjoy an evening with fellow supporters. Nibbles and drinks will be provided.
As well as hearing from us, we'd love to have you join to share ideas and feedback as we discuss key updates, including:
Election of trustees
Present Strategic plan update, and the annual trustee report
Priorities for the upcoming year and how we have progressed areas discussed last year
We attach the agenda so you can see the structure of the meeting. Your involvement means so much to us, and we’re eager to share the evening with you.
