Could you be our new Community Kitchen Development Manager?

Would you like to join our growing Team?

Are you passionate about food; committed to helping people learn the skills to cook affordable, healthy and tasty food; have experience of managing and running community cooking sessions for people from a range of cultures and backgrounds; are good at building relationships and working in partnership; have a good understanding of the health and well-being potential of engaging people with food growing and cooking?

Then you could be our new Community Kitchen Development Manager!

In Spring 2020, we successfully crowdfunded £40,000 to re-home a fantastic kitchen/office building at the Farm. Our aim is to build a ‘unique’ offer for Oxford, linking hands-on experiences and learning around food growing with opportunities to pick, cook and eat fresh, local food in a warm and welcoming space. A true field to fork experience.

Thanks to funding from the Postcode Lottery, we are now able to recruit to a new part-time role 2 days (15 hours) a week, salary is £25,000 pro rata, fixed term for 12 months.
